Role: Operations Associate

About the Role:

The Operations Associate is a cross-functional role that supports our core mission of simplifying the student housing journey globally. This role combines responsibilities from both catalogue management and booking operations, ensuring that our listings remain accurate and relevant, while also supporting students through their booking journey. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless, efficient, and enriching experience for students worldwide.

Core Responsibilities:

A. Catalogue Management & Product Operations:

•  Manage and update student housing listings on our website, including updating room types, tenancies, availability, pricing and marketing materials.

•  Ensure listings are refreshed regularly to meet market needs and enhance conversion at the bottom of the funnel.

•  Evaluate and maintain detailed, accurate, and compelling property information.

•  Work closely with teams such as Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing to improve student experience and optimize catalog performance.

B. Booking & Student Support Operations:

•  Understand and stay updated on booking processes across all student housing partners on the platform.

•  ?Collaborate with Student Support and Partnerships Teams to drive booking conversions and ensure seamless communication with partners.

•  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of booking information and student interactions.

C. Process Improvement & Collaboration:

•  Identify opportunities to improve catalog and booking processes to increase performance and operational efficiency.

•  Contribute to student testimonials, feedback loops, and other engagement initiatives.

•  Support with operational tasks across departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Requirements:

•   2–3 years of experience in catalog management, booking operations, or sales support roles within e-commerce, real estate, hospitality, or student services industries.

•   Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data handling.

•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a student-first approach.

•   Comfortable working across different shift timings, including night shifts if required.

•   Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing partner relationships.

•   Prior exposure to tech-led environments or involvement in product/process improvements is a plus.

•   International exposure or having studied abroad is a bonus.

•  Knowledge of global education trends and international student markets is an advantage.
