CCTV Engineer

The CCTV Engineer will be responsible for Installation, Setup, maintenance, Upgrade, troubleshooting, CCTV review and documentation of CCTV setup and also security equipment at 60 plus locations of the Vianaar Homes. The individual should be prepared to promptly respond to CCTV issues and visit the site locations within Goa at short notice to address and maintain the security equipment issues.

Responsibilities:

Installation & Setup:

· Install CCTV systems (including cameras, recorders, and networking equipment) at multiple i.e. 60 plus facility and project site locations.

· Set up remote monitoring capabilities for CCTV systems

· Conduct site surveys for new installation, shifting and to evaluate existing CCTV systems and recommend improvements

Maintenance and Upgrades

· Conduct regular maintenance checks on CCTV systems to identify and address issues proactively and promptly.

· Perform software updates and firmware upgrades as needed

· Ensure proper alignment and positioning of cameras for optimal surveillance coverage

· Conduct quality checks to ensure the clarity and accuracy of camera feeds

· Calibrate and adjust cameras to maintain high-quality video output

· Collaborate with the manager, security personnel to understand their security requirements and objectives

Troubleshooting

· Diagnose and resolve technical issues with CCTV equipment and components within shortest time frame

· Conduct root cause analysis for system malfunctions and implement corrective measures

· Resolve the serviceability issues of any site in shortest time frame possible

CCTV Footage Review

· Review CCTV footage as required

Documentation:

· Maintain accurate records of CCTV system configurations, installations, and maintenance activities

· Prepare documentation for system configurations and changes

· Manage an inventory of CCTV equipment and accessories

· Prepare weekly/Monthly reports
