Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Enthusiast who knows or loves managing Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and curate creative content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms, including posts, stories, reels, and video content.
- Engagement: Be the voice of the brand across social platforms—engage with followers, respond to messages and comments, and foster a thriving online community.
- Video Production: Create and edit reels, short videos, and engaging content that resonates with our audience. Be comfortable in front of the camera if needed and show your personality!
- Brand Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility, increase followers, and generate traffic.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and third-party platforms. Provide reports on trends, follower behavior, and campaign results.
- Creative Writing: Write captions, headlines, and posts with a focus on engagement and driving conversions.
- Trend Spotting: Stay up to date with the latest trends on social media, implementing viral tactics, and adapting content accordingly to keep the brand’s social presence fresh and engaging.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify and engage with relevant influencers to amplify brand reach and collaborate on campaigns.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Social Media Enthusiast: Passionate about managing social media accounts and creating engaging content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Content Creation: Enjoys creating posts, videos, reels, and IG Stories that capture attention.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain the brand’s tone and voice.
- Self-Motivated: Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and bring creative ideas to life.
- Social Media Analytics: Comfortable using insights and metrics to track performance and refine content strategies.
- Design Skills: Familiar with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) to create visually appealing content.
