Overview
ü Take up the theory and practical sports and physical education classes.
ü To identify students good in various sports fields and take up special coaching classes for them and submit a bi-monthly report to the school office
ü Maintain the overall discipline of the school.
ü Conduct a mock fire drill once a month and prepare a report of the same. Ensure safety standards are maintained in and around the School.
ü Plan and co-coordinate the Sports day and the Annual day along with the Managing Director and School management.
ü Maintain the first aid kit and attend to all first aid victims.
ü Prepare students for various inter-school sports competitions
ü Attend the staff meeting and bring out constructive suggestions
ü Award points to the children (individually and group-wise) as and when competitions and events are held in the school. Also ensure that the Points Record of the four houses is displayed on the notice board.
ü To ensure that proper sporting equipments are available for training the children and also maintain the same
ü Submitting the performance report of the club on weekly basis to the Managing Director/Headmistress.
ü Taking up Physical Education and Sports classes as per the time table.
ü Provide various sports coaching to the children according to category registered by the club.
ü Submit the requirements of sports items; report on maintenance of ground & changing room every month.
ü Liaising with GFA
ü Maintaining documentation of the club.
ü Organizing tournaments as and when required.
Follow up work with education department as and when requested by the management.
About El Shaddai Charitable Trust
The El Shaddai Charitable Trust is a registered, non-profit Charity working in Goa and other States of India, implementing the Child Rights and Juvenile Justice for orphans, street children and children coming from economically underprivileged conditions. Children are cared and provided with food, clothing, shelter and education, for a better future. We have residential Homes, Day Care Centres, Community Centres, and Cottages for the seniors who are attending University, Colleges, Technical Institutions and Professional Training Centres & working with us as Trainees and Staff. We have Manna Khana free food distribution programme on week days. Manna takeaway packets are provided for around 300 poor children and adults living on the streets.
We have a number of schools in the slum areas providing educational facilities to the children. In addition to this, our outreach projects continue to benefit and change lives in the South-West States of India. El Shaddai has impacted over 4000 children and continues to touch more lives through its various initiatives. We want to reach out to many more children with the love of God. In the year 2013, ESCT has been accredited by Credibility Alliance which is one of the Leading Accreditation Agencies in India.
