200What we are looking for:
– Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of general office and customer service experience.
– Ability to serve as the initial contact for reporting technical issues and answering questions regarding upgrades, installations, and other software/hardware/network issues.
– Proficiency in communicating with requesters in a clear, positive, and professional manner following the company’s guidelines.
– Experience in diagnosing client technical issues, gathering necessary information, and performing preliminary research using available resources.
– Capability to implement solutions using remote access, user admin, and related tools.
– Skill in documenting requests for assistance in a ticket management system and tracking incidents through to resolution or escalation.
– Ability to escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate channels and identify potential outages or other problems through information gathering and ticket trends.
– Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned by management and provide backup support to team members.
– Adherence to quality, safety, and company guidelines to ensure a productive work environment, actively living the company values.
– Dexterity in using the computer keyboard and mouse while seated at a desk, with specific vision abilities including close vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
– Proficiency in performing computer functions and operating basic office equipment.
– Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly and articulately.
– Capability to work quickly, accurately, and with attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
– Punctuality and consistent attendance with availability for overtime when required.
– Good listening skills, judgment, courtesy, and tact in communications with others.
