What We Are Looking For:

– Local Goan candidate, fluent in Konkani.
– Bachelor’s degree or post-graduation in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field in tourism.
– 4-8 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
– Strong knowledge of the Goan hospitality market.
– Proven track record in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
– Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong leadership and team management abilities.
– Go-getter, with a pleasant personality and good Samaritan attitude.
– Experience in daily field sales.
– Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with strong grasping, convincing abilities, and presentability.
– Proficient in MS Office and other basic computer applications.
– Willingness to work 6 days a week with occasional travel.
– Ability to develop and execute strategies to establish and manage relationships with hospitality establishments in Goa.
– Ability to drive penetration of services within the hospitality sector.
– Proven track record in setting and achieving sales targets tailored to the hospitality vertical.
– Ability to cultivate strong relationships with hospitality partners.
– Capability to collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
– Ability to lead and motivate a sales team focused on the hospitality vertical.
– Proficient in analyzing sales data to forecast revenue and optimize pricing strategies.
– Ability to create compelling sales materials tailored to the hospitality industry.
