Overview

Position: Digital Marketing and Office Executive/ Trainee

Location: Dattawadi, Mapusa – Goa

Job Type: Full-time

Company Description: We are a Goa based Tech Driven Ecommerce Company which is into multiple verticals. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Back Office & Marketing Executive. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations, including accounts work, inventory management, and e-commerce operations, Social media marketing and more. You will be part of a young and fast-growing team of young Executives.

Responsibilities:

Be part of a team that manages accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, billing, and reconciliation.
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as journal entries, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and product information.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
Monitor sales trends and customer demand to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
Learn about e-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment, and customer service.
Assist with social media marketing efforts, including content creation and engagement tracking and coordinating with our Social Media agencies.
Manage website Tools and analytics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives and initiatives.
Requirements:

Good command on English (Speaking Reading and Writing) and preferably knowledge of Konkani (Speaking).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field preferred (Desirable but not a must).
Ideally living close to Mapusa and having a two wheeler.
A bit of experience (1-2 years) would be preferred but freshers can also apply.
Even a person who is in the process of completing graduation with a hunger to learn can apply
Previous experience in accounts work, inventory management, Social Media Management or related roles is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and technologies.
Interest in learning about e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
