Job Description
Full time remote work

Work at a web-based startup focused currently on content for US, UK and India regions
Good in spreadsheet software like Excel/Google Sheets and able to analyze data and charts
Work during European hours most days of the week
Write documentation, procedures and create flowcharts
Generating content and publishing and managing social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, Tiktok and LinkedIn etc.
Regularly monitor the competitor’s social media sites and websites and create an analysis report.
Manage multiple email accounts and respond to emails
Expert level usage of WordPress required, not necessary to have at the beginning and will get training, but knowledge would be advantage

Key Skills / Abilities/Knowledge Required:
Some knowledge and use of social media platforms.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Very good in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects and prioritization
Very good in google searches to find information and procedures and validate and implement them
Very comfortable speaking and writing in English
Good communication skills
Flexible to work on weekends
Good organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with any cloud-based platforms and tools (eg Google Docs, Whatsapp, Clickup etc)
Quick learner and open to upskilling every day
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have own room, high speed landline internet access, non-shared desktop/laptop with good specification and UPS power supply, good webcam and headset

Good to Have Skills
Excellent knowledge and use of posting various types of engaging content on social media platforms.
Experience with social media management tools
Familiarity with graphic design and content creation
A keen interest in social media and its role in marketing and branding
Excellent grasp on organic and paid search, social media metrics
