- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Coordinating project schedules, resources and information
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Work with the Customer relationship Manager to eliminate blockers
- Must be soft spoken and good in communication.
- Command over written and spoken English.
- Responsible to make calls and answer customer query.
- Good listening and problem solving skills
- Should have proficiency MS Office suite specially advanced Excel usage.
- Coordinate with the Internal team and the Client inorder to meet the deliveries. Give customers(users) information with regards to their queries. Helping customers understand the product and answering questions
- Manage key operational metrics on Service delivery, TAT management.
- Preparing & maintaining MIS reports.
