We are looking for a smart and energetic Administrative Assistant to join FleetRover. You will work in an insanely fast-paced environment which demands the ability to execute independently & alongside a remote team in 3 time-zones.
You must be more than just friends with multitasking and note-taking and comfortable with Google Docs and project management tools.
Your mission is to make the massive logistics industry safer, faster & efficient, by enabling our team to be more efficient, one little task at a time.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Order office supplies
- Book travel arrangements
- Anything else
ABOUT YOU
- Have a Bachelors in Commerce or comparable degree with a focus on administration
- Fluent in English
- Ability to communicate in Hindi and Konkani is a major advantage
- Strong documentation & presentation skills
- Intensely detail-oriented
- Smell of team spirit
