POSITION: TEAM LEADER – LEAD GENERATION

POSITION FUNCTION:
Webware.io offers an online SaaS platform for Do-It-Yourself website and ecommerce development, as well as website development and marketing services. We receive queries from DIY customers as well as full-service customers, ranging from simple questions on using our platform, to requests for changes and additions to their Webware websites. Our customers are small-to-medium sized business owners based primarily in Canada and the United States, and queries will come via email, chat, or phone.
The team lead will be the first responder to all internal Webware sales lead queries and requests. You will reply by email or online chat to queries from the Webware sales director & sales team. Answering leads generation-related questions, and assigning task to lead generation agents as relevant. You will need to become an expert on using our internal CRM (you’ll have the opportunity to learn on the job) and you must have excellent written English communication skills.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Central point of communication between the sales team and the lead generation team.
· Analysing the lead requirements of the sales team on a daily basis.
· Work together with the team to meet the daily requirements of the sales team.
· Co-ordinate with the lead validation agent
· Combining the validated sheets of the team, assigning to the respective sales person and generating files for Podio CRM upload
· Maintaining a MIS report of the work done on a daily basis and sending it to the sales team.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Essential: Basic/Advanced Excel skills
· Essential: Good communication skills
· Computer Savvy
· Ability to comprehend and delegate the instructions
· Ability to work well in a group setting and as an individual
· Ability to perform and deal with stressful situations
REPORTING TO: VP Operations
EXPERIENCE:
· 1-3 years’ work experience as a Customer Service or Senior Back Office/Data representative, preferably with outsourcing company environment.
· Preferably work experience in a KPO, BPO, Back Office and Data Entry, MIS functions
