Overview

At Photojaanic we’ve got a lot of work going on to improve our products, keep and acquire new customers, and improve our production and operations. We’re looking for an agile Project Manager who can work with our Product, Marketing and Production teams to help them plan, estimate, and execute their work in biweekly sprints.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Business Planning team to understand key priorities and initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Product, Marketing and Production teams to prioritize their work and deliverables in biweekly sprints.
  • Work closely with the Product, Marketing and Production teams to break-up their tasks, create estimates, assign work for all project participants.
  • Identify dependencies and resourcing requirements
  • Hold a daily standup with teams to track progress in a project management tool or Trello, and identify and solve bottlenecks
  • Hold biweekly retrospectives with the team to review the work completed and look for ways to improve the productivity and effectiveness of the sprint.

Qualifications:

  • Having 2-4 years of experience in Project management or Agile Project Management
  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate can apply
  • Scrum certification a plus
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media) a plus
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills
  • Leadership and collaboration skills
  • A self-driven, problem solver
