Overview
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute test strategies, project test plans, test case automation, reports and online documentation.
Drives technical issues to a root cause. Logs and tracks through to resolution.
Communicate and collaborate among cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.
Ability to work in an extremely fast paced and challenging environment.
Participate in team discussion on continual improvement.
Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
Contribute information based on test results to design, development, and documentation teams and other relevant technical groups.
Review and re-evaluate the test strategy to adjust for new information, changing risks, shifting priorities, and schedules
Assists management in setting the direction for quality assurance within the organization
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Certified software tester
Understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience: 2-4 years in Software Testing
