Overview
We are looking to hire an experienced and skilled WordPress Theme Developer to be a part of our WordPress team at Turtlemint. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing WordPress themes to create visually appealing and functional web pages for our consumer website.
Profile: WordPress Theme Developer
Experience: 2-5 years
Location: Goa
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience creating responsive web pages with a page speed score of 90+ using Bootstrap 5.2 and above
- Should have worked with CSS compilers like SASS or LESS
- Strong understanding and knowledge in PHP coding, design, development and maintenance
- Experience in developing custom WordPress themes from scratch or using theme frameworks like Genesis, and modifying existing themes to meet specific design and functionality requirements.
- Should have extensive knowledge and working experience with the latest version of WordPress
- Hands-on experience with page SEO and speed optimization techniques
Nice To Have:
- Understanding and experience in creating shortcodes
- Knowledge of API integration and ability to connect WordPress websites with external systems and services
