About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, people-oriented intern to support our community outreach efforts. The role involves reaching out to real customers of local Goa businesses and facilitating conversations that help those businesses build their online presence. This is a communication-first role — the work is simple, repeatable, and can be done entirely from your phone or laptop on your own schedule.
You don’t need prior experience. You do need to be comfortable talking to people, be persistent without being pushy, and follow a simple process consistently.
What you’ll be doing:
Reaching out to a list of contacts we provide via phone or WhatsApp
Following a short script and process we’ll train you on
Logging your activity and outcomes in a simple tracker
Meeting a weekly target that determines your monthly earnings
What we’re looking for:
Currently enrolled in a college in Goa (any stream)
Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowing Konkani is an added advantage
Comfortable making calls and sending messages independently
Reliable, self-motivated, and target-oriented
Owns a smartphone with a working WhatsApp account
