About the Role:

Overview: Our team is looking out for a talented Graphic Designer who can perform dual roles i.e. Graphic Designing and Video Editing. The main tasks will consist of creating visually engaging, innovative and creative graphic content for the organisation. Your ability to bring your vision and concepts to life will not only be welcomed but celebrated.

We would expect you to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, drop in your application.

Responsibilities:

Design visual content for digital applications that is on-brand, reinforces our reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences;
Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the visual design field.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Applying creativity to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design
Work with the marketing team to produce final design and work on receiving feedback from the team, if any.
Edit video clips for use on social media platforms; (Input music, dialogues, graphics,etc. into the same
Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms
Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction;
Create rough and final cuts
Interpreting storyboards to tell visual stories that support learning.
The ability to refine other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field
A proven experience of minimum 2 years in relevant field
In depth knowledge of the listed softwares – Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro, etc.
Ability to follow the company’s brand guidelines
High on Analytical Abilities and attention to detail
Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.
Ability to work in highly competitive driven deadline based environment
Should be a self starter and highly motivated to work in a remote setup
Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills

Employment Type: Full-Time/Permanent

Workdays: 5 days a week (Mon to Fri)

(Working Hours: Must be able to overlap 3-4 hours with US time zone, since our major stakeholders are based out of US)
