Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to perform thorough software testing.
• Execute test cases, report bugs, and track issues to resolution.
• Provide application support, assisting end-users with technical inquiries and issues.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving software problems.
• Assist in documenting and maintaining technical processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Good communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts and hardware/software components.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
