Overview
We are searching for a passionate and driven Sales/Reservations Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team at TIG Hotels & Villas.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to reservations via phone, email, and online channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs and exceeding expectations.
- Generate sales through reservations, utilizing effective sales techniques and upselling opportunities.
- Manage and maintain accurate reservation information in our system.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in a similar hospitality role (Sales, Reservations, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with guests.
- Established network of relationships with travel agents (preferred).
- OTA (Online Travel Agency) management experience (preferred).
- Must be based in Goa and possess a valid bike license.
