Looking for a HR Executive with 3-5 years of work experience in managing:
- Database Management: Employee Database, Alumni Database, Client Database
- Travel Desk: Travel (flight/Bus/Train/Hotel/Visa) assistance to all travelers
- Attendance and Leave Management
- Issuing letters – employment proof, experience etc
- Induction: Reference Checks, filing basic details and letters
- Relocation Assistance: coordinating on company’s apartments and other properties we put candidates/employees in.
- Stationary – Visiting cards, Letter heads, printing paper, note pads etc
- Gifts to Clients – Co-coordinating with the facilities team on packing and dispatching of Anniversary Gifts
- Events: Co-coordinating on execution of events/parties/celebrations at office.
