Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Role Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the end-to-end operations of the fulfillment center (Dark Store). Your primary goal is to ensure that orders are processed with 100% accuracy and dispatched within strict SLAs (Service Level Agreements), while maintaining perfect inventory health.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & SLA Management:
Oversee daily “dark store” operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure all orders meet the 10-15 minute dispatch SLA requirements.
Manage manpower deployment and shift scheduling for pickers and delivery partners.
Inventory & Quality Control:
Maintain inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and monthly audits.
Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) protocols to minimize wastage.
Manage GRN (Goods Received Note) and ensure seamless “put-away” of fresh stock.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and train ground staff on using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld devices.
Monitor staff productivity and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene SOPs.
Reporting:
Track and report key metrics such as order fill rates, shrinkage levels, and delivery partner wait times.

Graduate preferred (10+2 mandatory).
Experience
1–3 years in E-commerce, Retail, or FMCG warehousing.
Tech Skills
Proficiency in WMS, MS Excel, and handheld scanners.
Soft Skills
High pressure tolerance, team management, and problem-solving.
Availability
Must be willing to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
