Operations Engineer

Overview

Job Description :
1. Single Point of contact for clients for planning & communication of project details.
2. Work cross functionally with Business Development , Operations & Purchase/Stores
teams so as to ensure smooth delivery of product and service to the customer.
3. Overseeing the smooth handshake between Sales, Design & Business Operations
team for carrying on solar photovoltaic installation activities
4. Preparing equipment layout diagrams to position various components of the solar
system keeping in line with design presented to client during the sales procedure.
5. Client Relationship Management to get new referrals for future sales.
6. Reporting status to clients & management on a periodic basis in specified format.
7. Following up with vendors like fabricators, civil contractors, electrical contractors etc
to ensure pre-work associated with the site is completed as per industry standards.
8. Following up with clients for payments based on stage of completion of the project.
9. Ensuring complete handover of site to service team after installation of the system.
10. Keeping abreast with the latest developments in the field by attending solar
conferences, exhibitions, trainings, doing online research and reading research
publications.
Must have:
1. Aptitude for civil construction, fabrication and basic electrical.
2. Bike with driving license.
3. Passion for customer service and problem solving.

Education qualifications:
Minimum BE/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical
