Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in full stack development and work on diverse projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in web development, be passionate about coding, possess knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies, and demonstrate proficiency in conducting research to enhance development processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain web applications with a focus on both front-end and back-end functionality.
• Assist in translating user requirements and design specifications into well-structured code.
• Implement back-end functionalities using appropriate technologies and frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Conduct research to explore new technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies to improve our development processes and efficiency.
• Effectively manage client communication, including gathering requirements, providing project updates, and addressing client feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand project goals.
• Contribute to the planning and estimation of development tasks.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in full stack development.
• Assist in the documentation of technical specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting steps.

Requirements:

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of web development concepts
• Hands on Experience in front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL queries.
• Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
• Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively manage client communication.
• Proficiency in conducting research to explore new technologies and development methodologies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Should have hands-on experience on API frameworks preferably javascript based such as ExpressJS, Loopback, NestJS or any other.
• Strong logical & mathematical skills
