Position Overview
We are looking for a communication-driven and product-focused Product Operations Associate who can monitor product usage, manage client communication, support product adoption, and ensure successful product pilots.

The role requires strong understanding of the product from both technical and business perspectives. The candidate will work closely with clients, train them, conduct demos, address queries, track product usage, and ensure that pilots achieve expected outcomes, client satisfaction, and success goals.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor product usage, client activity, adoption progress, and pilot outcomes.
Manage client communication, follow-ups, queries, demos, and product support.
Train clients and users to understand and use the product effectively.
Conduct product demos, walkthroughs, onboarding sessions, and support meetings.
Understand client requirements and help configure product usage plans accordingly.
Ensure product pilots are successful, outcome-driven, and aligned with expected goals.
Track client satisfaction, usage gaps, feedback, issues, and improvement areas.
Coordinate with product, tech, QA, and business teams to resolve client issues.
Maintain product guides, FAQs, support documents, usage reports, and feedback records.
Share product insights, client feedback, and success updates with internal teams.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Strong understanding of product workflows, features, use cases, and business value.
Ability to conduct demos, onboarding, training, and product walkthroughs confidently.
Good problem-solving skills to address client queries and product usage challenges.
Ability to monitor product usage, track outcomes, and ensure pilot success.
Strong coordination skills with clients, users, product, tech, and business teams.
Basic technical understanding to communicate product issues and requirements clearly.
