Overview

Responsibilities:

·        Regular updating of Rate and Inventory based on Market and Hotel position.

·         Handling all OTA businesses for the clients assigned

·        Review Management and key insight sharing for the assigned clients

·        Handling Revenue Analysis Management in order to maximize revenue growth.

·        Follow up on daily basis with OTAs over confirmation, cancellation, retention and no shows.

·        Maintaining database regarding payment details of different OTAs, i.e., reconciliation.

·        Keeping a track over PLB (Performance Linked Bonus) running over OTAs.

·        Keeping a track over VCC (Virtual Credit Card) payment details, through extranet.

·        Maintaining bookings OTA wise weekly/fortnightly/monthly.

·        Establishing Tie-ups with new online partners.

·        Keeping competitive rates on website with OTAs, maintaining in house promotions on regular intervals

·        Designing mailers and new promotion techniques for OTAs & corporate clients.

·        Forwarding all the booking mails coming through OTAs to info, FOM, Manager admin, Finance & Manager operations, mentioning the mode of payment and exact calculation of the room tariff.

·        Website Management

·        Handling Web chat service for hotel website

·        Handling website rate and inventory accordingly.

·        Managing offers for the hotel’s website.

 

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• Must be a graduate & above (Preferred background: Economics & Commerce, Hotel Management- Reservations, and BBA)

• Must possess prior Hotels Reservations Experience with Handling OTAs as the major.

• Knowledge of OTA Extranets and Channel Managers its operation

• Must have good understanding of Market Dynamics and its Seasonal Behaviour

• Well versed with computer internet Surfing, MS Office and Email etiquettes

• Good communication skills
