We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development person to help us expand our clientele. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients by applying an effective sales strategy.

Responsibilities

Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
Create new business leads, visiting new clients on daily basis.
Generate business from the new/ existing client thereby achieving the business target.
Retaining existing customers and keep selling.
Resolving customer issues and queries on time.
Controlling the outstanding and strong follow up with the customer for collections.
Immediate response to any customer requirement
Ensuring effective achievement of targets and preparation of reports.
Getting referral & recurring businesses
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Determined, results-driven professional with a consultative approach to selling

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with min 1-year experience.
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent time management and organization
Should be very cordial, polite, and convincing
Should be a strong team player and enhance the overall work culture
Two-wheeler is mandatory
