Overview
Product Development (Print Factory)
Photojaanic is looking for a Product Development Executive to help us increase customer loyalty and satisfaction through designing new photo, fabric and textile, 3D printing etc products. You will be working product requirements, designing the manufacturing process and BOM, identifying equipment, prototyping products in CAD software, and identifying and managing suppliers. You will work closely with our factory in Goa to establish best practices around production line design and product specifications, setup fulfillment partners in India and internationally, and work closely with our Marketing and Product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our Marketing and Product teams to understand product specifications and market requirements.
- Prototyping and designing product designs in CAD software
- Product and process documentation
- Design and implement production lines to minimize waste and costs while meeting product specifications.
- Identify and thoroughly examine, certify and manage partner fulfillers, to ensure quality, consistency, timeliness of product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Work with fulfillment teams to setup new products end-to-end
- Manage and identify new suppliers to meet target costs, product specifications and on-time production.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering/ Bachelor in Product Design
- Located in or near Goa, so able to visit our Goa Factory
- Ability to understand photo, textile, 3D print production process
- Strong problem solving mindset
- Highly self-motivated and detail oriented
- Good English communication & writing skills.
