We are looking to hire Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of Sales starting from opportunity to closure and finally client management

Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact, meeting or via telephone etc.
Should be able to carry targets and aim at exceeding the same
Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information and enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications
Strong understanding IT/ITeS industry. Exposure to BD activities for an IT services firm esp. onsite will be a plus

Key Function would be
*Revenue Planning and Markets
*Pricing with Service packaging
*Opportunity Management
*Bid management (Proposals)
*Contracts and Negotiations
*Account management and Billing

Skills Required:
Previous Sales experience in the IT/ITeS services and solutions space

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated Relationship Building skills
Demonstrated Customer Engagement skill
Solutioning & Analytical Skills. Comfortable with financials.
Critical Thinking. Ability to think on their feet in meetings/customer interactions
Ability to see the bigger picture
Can Do approach
Should have planning and prioritizing skills
Ability to work in a startup/young company environment

Company Location: Goa (can work from home but willing to relocate would be plus)

Salary: Can range upto 12L Per Annam based on current CTC
