Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic  Generation Specialist to help us expand our clientele. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting the inside sales team .

Key Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge of Lead Generation starting from lead generation to opportunity to closure
Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact, meeting or via telephone etc.
Should be able to carry targets and aim at exceeding the same
Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information and enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications
Exposure to BD activities for an IT services firm esp. with UK /US market
Should be able to contribute to monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting

Should be able to maintain proposal files and other BD records including draft
Skills Required:

Previous Sales experience in the IT services and solutions space
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated Relationship Building skills
Solutioning & Analytical Skills. Comfortable with financials.
Critical Thinking. Ability to think on their feet in meetings/customer interactions
Ability to see the bigger picture
Can Do approach
Should have planning and prioritizing skills
Ability to work in a startup/young company environment
Familiarity with computer skillsets

Qualification – BA ( English ) or mass communications
