? We’re Hiring | Senior FP&A Analyst
Are you a finance professional who thrives on turning numbers into strategic business decisions? We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and drive financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and business insights that support organizational growth.
? Location: Porvorim, Goa and Hi-Tec City, Hyderabad
? Work Mode: Work From Office – 6:30 pm to 3:30 am
? Experience: 6+ Years
? Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CA/MBA/CFA/CPA preferred)
? Budget: upto 22 LPA
Key Responsibilities
? Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning
? Perform monthly variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year
? Build and maintain advanced financial models for revenue, profitability, cash flow, and headcount planning
? Develop scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and business case models
? Prepare executive-level financial reports, dashboards, and presentations
? Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations
? Develop KPI dashboards and automate reporting using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
? Improve FP&A processes through automation, standardization, and system enhancements
? Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and scripting to accelerate financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
Required Skills
? 6+ years of Corporate FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Corporate Finance experience
? Advanced Microsoft Excel (Financial Modeling, Power Query, PivotTables, Complex Formulas)
? Experience building integrated three-statement financial models
? Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or similar FP&A/ERP platforms
? Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles
? Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
? CA, MBA, CFA, or CPA certification
? Experience in Technology, SaaS, Managed Services, or Professional Services organizations
? Knowledge of SQL or Python for financial analytics
? Experience supporting Private Equity-backed businesses
