? We’re Hiring | Senior Accountant (Shared Services Finance)
Are you an experienced accounting professional with expertise in Financial Reporting, Controllership, Month-End Close, and NetSuite ERP? Join our growing Shared Services Finance team and play a key role in driving financial accuracy, compliance, and process excellence.
? Location: Porvorim, Goa and Hi-Tec City, Hyderabad
? Work Mode: Work From Office – 6:30 pm to 3:30 am
? Experience: 6–8 Years
? Qualification: B.Com (CA Inter / CPA pursuing preferred)
? Budget: upto 18 LPA
Key Responsibilities
? Lead month-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
? Prepare and review routine & non-routine journal entries, including tax adjustments
? Perform account reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls
? Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and accounting policies
? Drive NetSuite ERP implementation, optimization, workflows, and reporting enhancements
? Partner with internal and external auditors to support audit readiness and compliance
? Analyze financial results, prepare variance reports, and provide business insights
? Mentor and develop finance team members while collaborating across Shared Services functions
Required Skills
? 6–8 years of Finance & Accounting experience in an MNC Shared Services or Corporate Finance environment
? Strong experience in month-end close, financial reporting, controllership, and reconciliations
? Hands-on NetSuite implementation experience (Mandatory)
? Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS, accounting standards, and compliance requirements
? Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
? CA Inter or CPA (Pursuing/Completed)
? Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks Online (QBO)
? Background in Shared Services, Professional Services, or Global Finance Operations
