? We’re Hiring | US Accounting Manager
Are you an experienced accounting professional with a passion for financial excellence, process improvement, and team leadership? We’re looking for an Accounting Manager to join our growing finance team and play a key role in driving accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.
? Location: Porvorim, Goa and Hi-Tec City, Hyderabad
? Work Mode: Work From Office – 6:30 pm to 3:30 am
? Experience: 10+ Years
? Qualification: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CA Preferred)
? Budget: upto 22 LPA
Key Responsibilities
? Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close
? Prepare financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations
? Manage General Ledger and revenue recognition (ASC 606)
? Review contracts and oversee recurring revenue accounting
? Strengthen internal controls and support audits
? Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements
? Collaborate with FP&A, Operations, Sales, and Leadership teams
? Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
Required Skills
? 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
? 2+ years of team leadership experience
? Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP & Revenue Recognition (ASC 606)
? Experience in Professional Services, Managed Services, Consulting, Technology Services, or SaaS environments
? Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems
? Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
? Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
