Location: Kadamba plateau, North Goa.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
?Planning, implementing, managing and overseeing the company’s overall sales strategy.
?Email Campaigns – Sending monthly emailers to brokers and clients, promotions, offers, following up old cases and new.
?Site Visits- Showcasing our existing and new ongoing projects to prospects that come to GOA. Cold Calling- Dead leads, new leads, invitation calls. Birthday/Anniversary calls. Calling new leads from websites.
?Travelling outside Goa to other states and countries for property shows and expos as and when required.
?Staying in constant touch with brokers/agents.
?Routine follow up with brokers and clients.
?Working on PPT, Excel, MS Word etc proficiently.
?Market Study & Knowledge updation: Keeping track of the real estate news such as new project launch, change in development rules, etc
?Keeping track of competitors’ marketing strategies, new project launches, prices for properties etc.
?Monthly review meeting with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
?Convincing prospective clients.
?Organizing sales visits.
?Demonstrating and presenting products.
?Establishing new business.
?Maintaining accurate records.
?Making appointments and showing buyers around a property.
?Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price.
?Schedule and conduct site visits and regular follow up with the clients till closure.
?Responsible for generating sales with project specific inquiries.
?Recover money from clients.
?Convert leads to sales.
