Profile
1. Minimum 4 years experience in operations
2. Should have leading and good communication skills
3. Should have a long term commitment towards the company
4. Should be mobile, preferably on a bike

Standardising and implementation of SOPs to manage the various departments
1. Company inventory / storage systems & management
2. Purchase and procurement management
3. Funds management & accounts
4. Project flow, timelines and deadlines
5. Daily, Weekly, Monthly Report systems
6. Quality control
7. Optimizing output & production
8. Manpower management
9. Waste Management
10. Infrastructure and resource optimization
· Ensuring smooth operations between departments
· Recruiting appropriate candidates in various departments
· Budgeting Projects with Accounts department
· Planning annual / monthly Sales targets
· Managing Marketing platforms output
· Reporting to directors of the company
· Maintaining confidentiality of the company systems.
