Location: Panjim, North Goa
Salary: upto 15 LPA
Required Skills
? 10+ years of experience in leading quality and training functions in an outsourcing business.
? Excellent leadership and team management skills.
? Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
? Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
? Excellent knowledge of process improvement methodologies – preferably Lean, Six Sigma – Yellow/Green Belt. BB certification is preferred but not mandatory.
? Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
