Experience: 5+ years of Wedding Planning/event planning
Salary: upto 10 LPA

– Bachelor’s degree

Key Responsibilities:
Premium Weddings Management:
– Work closely with clients to help them plan their event and deliver top class service.
– Oversee the planning and execution of premium weddings in Goa, ensuring each event exceeds client expectations.
– Lead the creative direction and design concepts for weddings, incorporating client preferences and current trends to deliver unique and unforgettable experiences.
Team Leadership:
– Supervise and mentor a team of planners and assistant planners, providing guidance and support throughout the planning process.
– Delegate tasks effectively, manage workload distribution, and ensure team members are equipped with the resources needed to succeed.
– Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and development.
Business Development | Collaboration and Coordination:
– Work closely with the vendor manager and operations managers to coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources for each event.
– Collaborate with the relationship managers and sales managers to onboard new clients, understand their needs, and tailor wedding packages to meet their expectations.
– Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal operations teams, to ensure clear expectations and seamless execution of events.
Strategic Initiatives:
– Partner with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at scaling the business and enhancing our service offerings.
– Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and innovation to elevate the quality of our events and differentiate Companies Celebrations in the market.
