Requirements
? 2-4 years of experience working as a Sales Executive or similar role
? Experience with Access control sales, Biometric systems will be an added value.
? Proven record of successful deals closed
? Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing
? Great command of MS O?ce, CRM and BRM tools
? Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
? Team player
? Excellent leadership skills
? Good time-management skills
? Great interpersonal and communication skills
? Degree in Business Administration or relevant ?eld

Responsibilities
? Actively seek out new sales prospects and leads through cold calling, networking and social media.
? Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
? Explain how our solutions align with their pain points
? Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
? Prepare and deliver appropriate demo presentations on products and services
? Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and ?nancial data
? Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
? Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
? Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
? Up-sell when appropriate
? Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
? Report to management team
