Legal Officer
Location: Caranzalem
Experience: 10+ yrs in Real Estate
Salary Structure: upto 4.8 LPA

Candidate Should have:

1. Minimum 10 years’ Experience in Real Estate. Preferably from construction companies.
2. Degree holder
3. Pleasant personality and fluent in English with high drafting potentials
4. Strong background in law
5. Reviewing and drafting legal documents.
6. Co-ordinating with lawyers, clients and counter parties on legal matters.
7. Maintaining all legal documentation.
8. Understanding laws and regulations and their impact on the Company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Checking of title papers for land purchase for new projects.
• Executing of Agreements of Sale, Sale Deeds, etc, at the Sub Registrar’s office.
• Executing of Mutations, Partitions and any other matters related to land purchase or sale.
• Prepare title files.
• Ensure that all the legal documents are properly filed in the respective files with an index.
• Performing any other legal duties which may be decided by the management from time to time.

? Agreement for Sale.
? Memorandum of Understanding.
? Power of Attorney.
? Sale Deed, Lease Deed, Mortgage Deed.
? Leave and License Agreement.
? Loan Agreement.
? Non-Disclosure Agreement.
? Common area Maintenance and Amenities Agreement.
? Applications, Letter of Intent, Notices, Reports, Term sheets, and Allotment letters.
? Contracts – Civil Contracts.
? Marketing related Documents.
? Broker Agreements.
? Service Assignment Agreements with various agencies.
