We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and be a part of our vision for Hypercube Technologies. The ideal candidate would be autonomous, hard working and uncompromising when it comes to deadlines and targets.

Job Description
Your primary role will be generation of sales and leads, liaising with potential and current customers, managing a team of sales executives, meeting the monthly business targets, establishing marketing strategies for company growth, generation of monthly sales reports using our CRM(Training will be provided) and overall business development of the company.


  1. Good Knowledge of Sales and Marketing strategies
  2. Negotiation Skills
  3. Team Leadership and motivational skills
  4. Target oriented
  5. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  6. 1 to 5 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing or Business Development
  7. Proficient with Internet and business networking online and offline
  8. Ability to establish and grow a strong business network allowing the company network and grow.
