Skills:
1. Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices
2. Familiar with Google Analytics, Facebook ads, Google ads, Tag Manager

Roles:

  •  Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, Keyword ratio to content, etc)
  •  Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin to increase brand awareness and sales across the platform.
  •  Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising, video advertising, Gmail advertising campaigns.
  •  Strategize and Plan a robust SEM Program for traffic growth: keyword discovery, expansion, ad copy, ad grouping, landing page optimization, testing, and analysis.
  •  Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead.
  •  Produce valuable & engaging content for the website and blog that attracts & converts our target group.
  •  Evaluate and implement improvements on digital strategy.
  • Research the latest digital tools and interactive trends.
  • Optimize SEO.
  •  Create integrated and cost-effective digital strategies.
  • Drive value for the organization.
  • Analyze and report on digital campaigns.
  • Analyze customer and user data.
  • Engage with clients, sales teams, and management.
  • Map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results.
  • Define and action digital events.
  • Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs).
  • Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities.
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.
  • Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends.
  • Build strong clients relationships through social media interaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns.
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand
  • consistency.
  • Oversee all the company’s social media accounts.
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Build and inbound marketing plan.
  • Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals.
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.

We don’t look for A1 grades or a framed degree to join our agency in Goa. What you need to have are something beyond the books like the ones below:

– Ability to meet deadlines and give better results in a short span of time
