We are looking for a smart, tech-savvy, and ambitious candidate for the role of Intern / Office cum Admin Assistant. The candidate will work closely with multiple departments and gain practical exposure in HR, Accounts, Purchase, and Stores operations.

The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, adaptable to new software and technologies, and capable of handling day-to-day office coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

– Assist in daily office administration activities
– Support HR, Accounts, Purchase, and Stores departments
– Maintain records, data entries, and documentation
– Handle basic MIS and Excel-related work
– Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements
– Learn and adapt to new software/tools as required
– Support reporting and office coordination activities

Required Skills
– Good knowledge of computers and laptops
– Basic AI tool knowledge and willingness to learn
– Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP
– Good communication and coordination skills
– Quick learner with adaptability to new software
– Organized, patient, and responsible attitude
– Enterprising and ambitious mindset
