Overview
DC Automation Systems is a Goa-based IT solutions company serving small businesses with domains, hosting, email, Google Workspace and custom software. We are offering a software and security internship for Diploma/Degree students in Computer Science or IT. The role suits the mandatory 6th-semester internship and gives you real, supervised client work, not just training exercises.
Duration: 4-6 months. Mostly Hybrid / Remote, with occasional visits to our Goa office.
Key Responsibilities:
– Run website and email security health checks for SME clients (DNS, SSL certificates, SPF/DKIM/DMARC email security)
– Prepare clear, client-ready reports and help apply fixes under supervision.
– Write short help guides for small-business customers.
– Improve internal tools using Python and AI-assisted coding.
Required Skills:
– Basic Python and SQL.
– Genuine interest in cybersecurity and web technologies.
– Clear written and spoken communication. Konkani, Hindi or Kannada is a plus.
– Your own laptop and a reliable internet connection.
Education:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
