Salary monthly – 10 K fixed — 4 – 8 K variable pay
Interview process – 1st round bicycle ride 25 km, followed by a brief conversation over lunch.

Do you possess superb people skills? Do you have a dynamic personality? Are you comfortable carrying on conversations with individuals from all walks of life? Are you able to read social cues and adapt your presentation naturally and easily? Are you confident, caring, war,m and friendly?
Are you good at anticipating, troubleshooting and solving challenging problems? Can you think on your feet?
Can you sustain energy and motivation through long days and difficult (sometimes non-glamorous) tasks?
Are you comfortable working in the kitchen? Chopping and prepping food?
Are you passionate about—and experienced in—Cycling and/or Triathlon? Have you raced? Is being outside and riding your bike a passion? Is racing triathlon a passion?

And just as comfortable sleeping on the ground under the stars in Goa?

Cycling Zens- The Concept
People find peace in various places. They find it in places of worship. Some find it in hobbies, some find it in pictures, some find it in daily chores and truth be told, most don’t find it at all.
I have found that peace when I am moving. Moving at a steady pace, existing at a new place every moment. This is what cycling offers me. I want to extend this offer to all tourists who want to feel the same way.
The idea of Cycling Zens was thus born. We are providing bicycles on rent in Goa and conducting organized tours along a few routes.
