Overview

As a Sales Executive at Cruising Club India, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by securing yacht charter bookings and promoting additional services to enhance our clients’ experiences. You will engage with potential clients, understand their preferences, and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and passion for providing top-notch customer service will contribute to the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand their preferences, needs, and desires to recommend the most suitable yacht charter experiences.

Booking Management: Manage the end-to-end booking process, from initial inquiry to finalizing reservations. Ensure accuracy and timely communication to provide clients with a seamless experience.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services such as catering, entertainment, and event planning to enhance the overall yacht charter experience.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Quotation and Pricing: Prepare customized quotations based on client requirements. Present pricing structures and negotiate terms to secure bookings and maximize revenue.

Client Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients throughout the sales process. Address inquiries, provide information, and offer exceptional customer service at all times.

Targets and Reporting: Set and achieve sales targets as defined by the company. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and conversions. Provide regular reports to management.

Event Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of yacht charters and events. Ensure all logistical details are accurately communicated and executed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality, travel, or luxury service industry.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present ideas persuasively and build rapport with clients.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate terms, pricing, and services to close deals effectively.
  • Team Player: Capable of collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.
  • Self-Motivated: Results-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
