Job Title: IT Project Manager

Job Summary:

Codanto is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with excellent team management skills and a strong background in IT to lead our technology projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of IT projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that they are followed by the project team.
• Communicate project goals, progress, and status to stakeholders and team members.
• Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.
• Manage project scope and ensure that changes are properly documented and approved.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and project team members.
• Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent team management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of IT professionals.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
