What you would be doing:

  • Making & Handling Phone calls
  • Provide Customer Service
  • Trouble Shooting Customer Problems
  • Maintaining long term relationships with the “loyal/elite” customers
  • Playing a critical part in achieving organization’s revenue goals

Requirements

  • Good negotiation skills with excellent knowledge of Word, PPT and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, resource planning and presentation skills.
  • Should be able to lead a team of 4-5 people.

And Some More 

  • 1-2 years of B2B/B2C consumer sales/relationship management experience is preferred
  • A graduate degree (Engineering/MBA is NOT necessary)

How much you will get?

Salary 12,000 – 22,000 + Incentives
