Job Description: Cash Collection Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated Cash Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting payments from customers and ensuring that all cash transactions are accurate and recorded. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Collect cash payments from customers
Ensure accurate recording of cash transactions
Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments
Prepare reports on cash collections and outstanding debts
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any payment issues
Maintain a positive relationship with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in cash collection or a related field
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office and Excel
Must be based in Margao or nearby area
