Overview
We are looking for candidates based in and around Vasco da gama area , as the Job is solely based in this location. Candidates from entire Mormugao Area are welcome to apply. Job Responsibilities are as follows:
1. Maintaining daily collection report of customer renewals and recharges.
2. Issuing receipts to customers and working on billing and recharge software and ensure smooth functioning between the two.
3. Assignment of complaint to staff via Whatsapp group and coordinating to close the complaints.
4. Basic office work.
Candidate must know excel very well and should have computer knowledge.
