Overview

  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Coordinating project schedules, resources and information
  • Analyze risks and opportunities
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Work with the Customer relationship Manager to eliminate blockers
  • Must be soft spoken and good in communication.
  • Command over written and spoken English.
  • Responsible to make calls and answer customer query.
  • Good listening and problem solving skills
  • Should have proficiency MS Office suite specially advanced Excel usage.
  • Coordinate with the Internal team and the Client inorder to meet the deliveries. Give customers(users) information with regards to their queries. Helping customers understand the product and answering questions
  • Manage key operational metrics on Service delivery, TAT management.
  • Preparing & maintaining MIS reports.
