We work on best in class technologies. We have been working on MVC frameworks for Javascript like Angular/Backbone/Ember for past 2 years +. We also constantly upgrade our technology stack and in 2015 we have added Python to our skill set. Also our technology stack includes
- LAMP stack – Laravel framework for PHP
- Python/ Django with PostgreSQL
- Backbone.js with marionette.js.
- AngularJS with IonicFramework.
- CSS with LESS and SASS
- Github for code versioning. Also for bug tracking.
- WordPress as application framework.
- Titanium and Phonegap for mobile applications (Ionic Framework)
- Parse for cloud code and notification server.
- Hosting on Linode and AWS.
We are a developer focused team with strong emphasis on skill building and keeping abreast with the fast changing world of web programming. We have some contemporary policies like flexible hours, bi monthly reviews and quantified appraisal system. We go to great lengths to make everyone comfortable and our developers have ergonomic keyboards and individual work desks. Some use macs and others have dual screen setup. We have a fully stocked pantry with cold drinks, juices, cakes, chocolates, snacks – all of this on the house 🙂
We have a 3 step selection process. It starts with a telephonic interview. The next step is a technical task – we will give you a task to do on your personal time. Based on the quality of code written during the task, we call you for a final round of interview and discussion.
