Overview
Key Responsibilities
Act as the central coordination point between the Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders and sales commitments.
Own and maintain CRM hygiene by ensuring leads, opportunities, customer details, quotations, and sales activities are updated accurately and on time.
Track the progress of sales opportunities and proactively follow up with internal teams and customers to remove execution bottlenecks.
Coordinate client meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and follow-up activities for the sales team.
Prepare and manage sales documentation including quotations, proposals, contracts, purchase orders, and customer onboarding documents.
Monitor sales receivables and coordinate with customers and the Finance team to ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with the Operations team to track order execution, delivery timelines, installations, and customer onboarding.
Generate periodic sales reports, pipeline reports, CRM dashboards, and business performance summaries for the leadership team.
Ensure timely communication between customers and internal stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle.
Schedule meetings, maintain sales calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and support other administrative requirements of the sales team.
Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with internal sales processes and policies.
Identify gaps in sales processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Sales Administration, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms (such as Freshworks, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
